FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Lucas Amon
Lucas founded LKA Architects in 2021, bringing a strong combination of design leadership, commercial acumen and business development capability to the practice.
With experience across architecture and development management, he approaches projects holistically - from early feasibility and acquisition analysis through to delivery - ensuring each outcome is grounded in buildability, value creation and long-term performance. His work across multi-residential, commercial and boutique residential sectors is characterised by clarity, efficiency and a commitment to design integrity.
As Director of LKA, Lucas leads the practice with a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial mindset, driving both the creative direction and strategic growth of the studio.
DIRECTOR
Cat Lee
Cat brings a distinctive blend of architectural design experience and technical insight shaped by her time within both architecture and Tier 1 construction environments. She has delivered complex residential, commercial and public-sector projects, from feasibility through to detailed coordination and onsite delivery.
This breadth of experience strengthens her skills in stakeholder engagement, consultant management, programme alignment, and quality assurance. Cat combines design sensitivity and meticulous attention to detail with a pragmatic understanding of construction, ensuring each project is thoughtful and highly resolved.
Cat joined LKA in 2025, bringing strategic clarity and a technically grounded approach, strengthening the practice’s capability as it expands into larger, more complex work.

With international architectural experience and a keen eye for detail, Anastasia supports the LKA team across residential projects, focusing on documentation, interiors, and design development.
